Jason has over 20 years of providing exceptional customer service in the food industry & is excited to bring that experience working with customers to Rock Realty! He is passionate about working with people & is excited to help you sell your home or find the home of your dreams!! When not working, Jason is a full-time dad to 3 boys! Whether it be coaching his kids sports team, running his youngest Cub Scout Pack, or helping run his kids little league by volunteering on the board, he is always busy being a Dad. Jason enjoys his family time that is mostly spent up at the family lake house in the northern woods of Wisconsin! He’s excited to start on this brand new real estate adventure!

Get to know Jason!
Why do you love what you do?
I love being a Realtor because it gives me an opportunity to help people find the home of their dreams. I love interacting with people so being able to work directly with buyers/sellers is something I enjoy!
What hobbies do you have and what do you do for fun?
I coach High School football and travel baseball. I also officiate High School basketball and baseball in my free time!!
What do you like most about living in Wisconsin?
I love living in Wisconsin, particularly Madison due to the size, not to big but not to small. You also can’t beat the fact that it is a college town!
What makes you proud to be a real estate agent?
I am proud to be an agent at closing of every deal. It gives me great satisfaction knowing my buyer got the home they wanted or I helped my seller get top dollar for their home!
Give an example of how you helped save a deal as a buyer’s agent that might normally have fallen through.
I did have one transaction that my buyer had issues with his lender. After constant communication and being upfront with the other agent I kept the deal from falling through even though we closed a week later.
What previous transaction meant a lot to you and why?
In 2023 I helped a family friend find her first home. This one meant alot as I was not only helping a friend but she was also a single mom looking for to get some equity in her name. I found the perfect home for her and her two daughters and it was a special closing day!
What are some mistakes to avoid as a home buyer?
Don’t get caught up with interest rates. Yes they may feel high at times but passing up the home of your dreams due to interest rates can be a mistake. You can always refinance when you feel the rates are at a number you are comfortable with.
