I’m Cathy Bermudez a Real Estate Agent who is enthusiastic, professional and friendly. I specialize in residential transactions in South Central Wisconsin. I was born in Bogota Colombia and have always been a customer driven person. My career in serving people started when I obtained a BA in Tourism Administration and worked as a Sales Representative for an Airline. Because of my dedication, I was promoted to Director of Special Events and Interim Manager out of my home town, when needed. I moved to the US and worked for 14 years in different roles at a natural Stone Supplier including Human Resources, Project Management as well as Safety Coordinator. Missing my main passion – serving people – I decided to become a Real Estate Agent. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home and my dedication to helping others are what motivate me most. I also love architecture, design and all aspects of construction from the bottom up. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the process. I believe that if you are not left with an amazing experience, I have not done my job.
