Billy became interested in Real Estate when he realized he had a desire to help others achieve their goal of owning a home. When Billy is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys camping and traveling with his family and being a proud father at his children’s sporting events.

Why do you love what you do?
I love helping my clients accomplish their goals, whether it is selling their home or purchasing their dream home.
What hobbies do you have and what do you do for fun?
I love to go camping and relaxing when I have the opportunity. I also enjoy family time and cooking out with family and friends.

What makes you proud to be a real estate agent?
Seeing the smiles of my clients when they close on the home they are purchasing or selling.
Give an example of how you helped save a deal as a buyer’s agent that might normally have fallen through.
I had a buyer that wanted to purchase a condo. The lender that she was using called me 2 days before closing and said they are unable to close the deal due to the way the condo manager answered the questions on the questionnaire the lender sent them. I called my lender immediately and he was able to close the deal 3 days after the original closing date.
Give an example of a deal that a buyer was able to get out of because of how you drafted the offer.
My buyer was able to get out of a deal due to the home inspection contingency. The home he was going to purchase had foundation issues that the seller never mentioned.
What previous transaction meant a lot to you and why?
All my first time home buyer transactions mean a lot to me. It is always a joy working with first time home buyers and educating them through the process of buying a home. The joy and happiness they have once they get the keys to their new home is irreplaceable.
What are some mistakes to avoid as a home buyer?
To purchase a new car or apply for a credit card or personal loan before closing on your new home.
