Right now my hobby is hanging out with my little 1 year old

Finding a home for someone who really deserves it
What previous transaction meant a lot to you and why?
A family who had lost their son to cancer wanted to find a stable home for their other child. Meant the world to me to help them do so
What are some mistakes to avoid as a home buyer?
Thinking your house has no issues(they all have something), buying a house in a location you dont like, and choosing the wrong agent
