Why do you love what you do?
I have always wanna do Real Estate, I Love the freedom that it provides in making my schedule, Love helping my clients with the process of purchasing or selling their home.
What hobbies do you have and what do you do for fun?
I love traveling, especially to the Caribbean which is where I’m from, Loved spending time with my family. Boating anything in the sun.
What do you like most about living in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin is a great state to live in, we get to experience each year the 4 season, Great people!
What makes you proud to be a real estate agent?
I’m proud to be a Real Estate agent because of all of the knowledge, I’ve gather in pass 6 years of experience, when my pass clients reach out after a few years to say Thank you for helping them find their home
Give an example of how you helped save a deal as a buyer’s agent that might normally have fallen through.
I had a client that had an FHA loan
Give an example of a deal that a buyer was able to get out of because of how you drafted the offer.
I see alot of time If my buyers are competing with other offers, I have saved my deal by adding clause to the offer.
What previous transaction meant a lot to you and why?
Always my first time home buyers, It’s very satisfying helping them through the process and getting them what they want.
What are some mistakes to avoid as a home buyer?
Not been open mind and Not been patient.
