Hello everyone! I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of a team as special as Rock Realty. I am originally from the Eau Claire area and have always been proud to call the great state of Wisconsin my home, as I have lived here for the entirety of my life. During my downtime, I love to spend time with my dog Piper, while doing outdoor activities, such as walking, camping, or swimming! I am also an avid movie go-er, so you know that I am always up to date on what movies are the best to see! When I look at the real estate world, I ask myself, what would I expect of a Realtor®? I would expect someone who is honest with me through the entire process of my transaction, devoted to my needs and to my wants, and most importantly, I would want someone who listens and understands the importance of my goals during this time. As a realtor®, I would expect nothing less of my own wants, and I am devoted to giving every client exactly what I would expect.

Why do you love what you do?
I love what I do because I beleive in the importance and the impression of proper and responsible repersention for my clients. As real estate proffesional it is our obligation to ensure that our clients are being represented fairly and we as agents are providing our due diligence to the facts of the property being presued in order to best represent our clients and their needs.
What hobbies do you have and what do you do for fun?
When I am not drumming up sales, you can find me outside with my English Springer Spaniel Piper, playing her favorite game… Ball! I am an avid hiker/camper and I love to get lost in the woods whenever I have the spare time. I also enjoy an occational concert or muesem, anything for the experience as I am a huge history, music, film and art nerd! I also love to take time aside to visit with friends and family up in Northern Wisconsin, where I call home.
What do you like most about living in Wisconsin?
I love Wisconsin. I was born and raised in this state and to me… no other state comes close to being as beautiful and inviting as Wisconsin. Want an ocean view? WI has access to 2(The best two BTW) of the 5 Great Lakes. Looking to get lost in the Northwoods? It’s actually really easy to do that so a word of caution! But I promise you getting lost has never been so beautiful. Maybe the woods aren’t for you, that’s alright becasue Wisconsin has 5 major cities with multiple University and Career oppurtunities, both of which interlay with one another genertaing amazing oppurtunities for almost everyone. What do I like most about living in Wisconsin? How about that fact that we Wisconsinites have so much to offer, and are more than happy to share it! Visit for the experience, stay because of the oppurtunities, and of course…. THE CHEESE!
What makes you proud to be a real estate agent?
I am proud to be a real estate agent because with every transaction I feel fufilled with the action of helping someone accomplish some sort of stepping stone in their life. Whether it’s a newly-wed couple looking to start their family together, or looking for a condominium to move into with Mom and Dad to help out. Whatever the milestone, good or bad I am proud that I get to be apart of it and eliviate whatever stress and pressure I can.
Give an example of how you helped save a deal as a buyer’s agent that might normally have fallen through.
As a Buyer’s agent you run into all kinds of unique senerio’s and because of that we are ALWAYS prepared. An example of how I helped save a deal is when our inspection report came back and we found that there had been no smoke detectors installed and the inspeciton was not going to pass until they were installed, and for whatever reason, this was not something the seller could not accomplish at the time. The deal was about to fall apart over….. smoke detectors, not on my watch! I drove and hour to the property but not before I ran to the hardware store and personally provied and installed all six smoke detectors that were required in order for the transaciton to close. Being an agent means that being prepared is not a choice but an obligaiton, to yourself, to your clients and to the transaciton and I’ll work the problem of any deal until we find a solution.
Give an example of a deal that a buyer was able to get out of because of how you drafted the offer.
I have not had a deal that we have backed out of.
What previous transaction meant a lot to you and why?
I recently did a transaction for a young couple and their two small children, and at this specific property their was a backyard that can only be described as a child’s fairytale. It consisted of a flowing waterfall over beautiful rocks into a Koi pond with very lively fish, which you were able to watch and feed via a small bridge. Every flower and plant you could possibly imagine engrossed this backyard, following the winding trails, towering elder trees canopied high above and provided plentiful shade giving a truthful meaning to their mother’s remarks of it being their very own “enchanted forrest”. And would it really be an enchanted forrest if their wasn’t a cottage? Oh yes, this back yard continued to live up to its near legendary status by providing the cherry on top, it’s own crown jewel, the cottage. Watching the family fall head over heels for this yard brought me back to my own childhood and the places that meant the most to me, and this place was just too special to let slip away. Spoiler alert… it didn’t.
What are some mistakes to avoid as a home buyer?
The BIGGEST mistake as a home buyer: Getting discouraged after a rejection. Real Estate is difficult, and can be very competitive field and it’s easy to get down when things don’t go exactly as you expected them to. There is always a new door to be opened, I truly beleive that in this crazy world of real estate one week you can think you found “THE ONE” and next week, your praising yourself for the fact that your offer wasn’t accepted becasue you truly found home. Sometimes it’s okay to celebrate what seems like a failure.
